Listings, rankings and guides are general information. We check licences and business details at a point in time, but they can change. Always confirm a builder’s QBCC licence, insurance and contract terms yourself before signing.

No endorsement

A listing or ranking is not a recommendation or guarantee of any builder’s work. Your contract is with the builder, not with us.

Ratings

Google ratings are shown with a link to their source and belong to Google and the original reviewers.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any builder.
